Nature's Answer Ginger Root Alcohol Free Extract 1 Ounce | Joint Pain Relief | Inflammatory Support | Helps Maintain Healthy Digestion
Clover (Trifolium pratense) is easy to spot and grows in fields and uncultivated land in many areas.
Field clover is also called red clover. The flower comes out in late spring and often lasts or blooms until early fall. The part of the plant that herbal teas and tinctures are made from is the flower tip. Red clover refers to the purple flowers that grow on this plant. Either way, the color is different from the white flower tips that adorn the similar but smaller species known as Trifolium repens. Wiesenklee has been a traditional health support in many regions of the world for centuries. Meadow clover contains a variety of naturally occurring ingredients, including isoflavones, flavonoids, pterocarpans, coumarins, tyramine, daidzein, genistein, formononetin, biochanin A, coumestrol, and naringenin. Several of these natural, mildly phytoestrogenic compounds have been found to help women maintain balance in terms of hormonal changes such as helping with menopause. Field clover extract also contain a number of vitamins, minerals and nutrients such as B vitamins, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and chromium. In addition to all of these wonderful properties, red clover is the national flower of Denmark and the state flower of Vermont!
