How to Use

Ingestion : As a dietary supplement, take 2 full pipettes (2 ml) per day. One serving consists of approx. 40-48 drops.

No, we would never add artificial sugars to our products. It's naturally sweetened by the organic glycerin. Only what you see on the supplement facts label is what's in the product.

When is the best time to take the Nettle?

Any time of day is fine.

Can I mix the Nettle with other supplements?

Yes, you can mix it with our other supplements (except B-12 which is taken on its own) and drop it directly in your mouth, or mix it with water or juice.

Nettle Appears Cloudy, Looks Different

Nettle in the new formula does have a cloudy ring/film around the top of the bottle. This is normal. There is nothing wrong with the product. The active ingredients in our products and their potency remain the same, although the taste may differ since the glycerin has been changed to our organic flax glycerin.

The Organic Nettle is safe to use.

Our organic flax glycerin is a fat-free liquid derived from flaxseeds, but the end-product does not contain any of the fats. The glycerin is not the whole seeds, which do contain fat.
