Bio Marine Salad 200g (1-4mm), NutriMedium
Ocean lettuce (Palmaria palmata, Ulva sp., Porphyra sp.) 1-4mm from the Atlantic coast of France (Brittany).
Dulse, also called lobe wrack, is a red alga (Palmaria palmata) that grows mainly in cool, shallower water near the coast. The Dulse from VitaminVersand comes from wild collection (harvested by hand) from the Atlantic coast of France (Brittany). The organic quality Dulse is gently dried to preserve its full range of nutrients.
Dulse is suitable - dried or previously soaked - as an ingredient in smoothies, for seasoning soups, sauces, rice and pasta dishes as well as salads, but can also be enjoyed pure as a snack.
Ingredients :
100% pure Dulse algae (Palmaria palmata). May contain traces of crustaceans and fish. Dulse is naturally rich in iodine. An excessive intake of iodine can lead to disorders of the thyroid function. The World Health Organization recommends a daily dose of 100-140 μg (micrograms) of iodine per person per day. A decree of the Czech Ministry of Health recommends 150 μg iodine per person per day. This product provides 150 μg of iodine per 1.2 g.
