Pull crunchy-fresh sprouts yourself
The mung bean (also mung bean) is one of the legumes and is related to the soybean. It is especially popular in Asian cuisine. The sprouts of the muon bean are mild-sweet, which makes them an excellent ingredient for salads and vegetable dishes. The seedlings also do very well as a crisp topping for soups or or on the bread.
Tip: If you do not tolerate legumes raw, simply steam the sprouts briefly.
