Peas are known for their high protein content. But chickpeas also have a lot to offer as sprouts and microgreens. The tasty sprouts with the slightly nutty note give many dishes that certain something and are a great decoration for salads and spreads.

Tip: If you do not tolerate legumes raw, steam the sprouts briefly or use only the green part of the plants (microgreen).
