For the new generation of our PIPRIME filter cartridges, we looked for completely new ways. Our idea was: Made in Europe, with increased performance and the highest possible quality. It quickly became clear that we had to produce the cartridges ourselves in Europe.
My brother in Hungary provided us with the ideal conditions for a new production site. There was a production site, many motivated employees, technical expertise and great commitment.
We have had new machines developed, e.g. f o r filling the layers and welding the cartridges. The absolutely pure plastic is now produced under our eyes. The lime filter pads can now also be produced there. The contents of the cartridges continue to be put together directly in Werder. These mixtures then go directly to Hungary and - more environmentally friendly - the finished cartridges come back in the same car.
The advantages of this in-house production for you and us are obvious: We are decoupled from the increasing supply chain difficulties from Asia, shorten transport routes and can optimize the performance and quality of MAUNAWAI® Pi water even more effectively.
The new production facilities are ISOcertified and the materials and raw materials used are carefully tested in accordance with food regulations and checked with every new batch. You will receive a new hanger free of charge so that your new cartridges fit properly.
Maunawai® PI®PRIME K8 water table filter - sip by sip, pure joy
Fresh, original spring water has many beneficial properties that our tap water today lacks. Filters and restructures normal tap water
The Maunawai® water table filter filters according to the five principles of filtration, information, optimization, harmonization and biological availability. It removes chlorine, heavy metals, uranium, pesticides, nitrates, hormones and drug residues from ordinary water in just a few minutes. In addition, the original cluster structure is returned to the water and can be optimally absorbed by the human organism - a crystal clear pleasure for body and senses. The manufacturer Maunawai has been leading the way in electricityless water filtration systems for many years and manufactures in Germany.
Sophisticated multi-stage filter system
The heart of the Maunawai® water table filter is the multi-stage filter system: First, a ceramic filter holds back impurities, particles and suspended matter. A limescale filter pad then removes limescale by means of ion exchange. Finally, an activated carbon filter filters out chlorine, pesticides and many other impurities from coconut shells. This makes Maunawai® filters very effective, especially at the limit of difficult-to-bind substances such as copper, drug and hormone residues. At the end of the filter and seepage process, there is soft and digestible water, like from a mountain spring.
The filter tank of the Maunawai® water table filter holds up to 4 liters, the drinking water container made of hand-blown glass can hold up to 8 liters. The plastic parts are made of plasticizer-free and BPA-free SAN plastic, as is also used in medical technology. This makes the Maunawai® water table filter the perfect vitality dispenser in the kitchen and office or for guests and customers.
The filters of the Maunawai® water table filters are matched to the hardness of the tap water that prevails in our country, medium-hard, hard and very hard (from 8 ° dH). You will also find suitable year-round change packages for filter replacement in our shop. Depending on the water quality, a filter cartridge lasts between 10 - 12 months and filters 3800 - 4000 liters during this time .
