Our first-class pineapple pieces are quite rightly among the most popular dried fruits in the seedling range! Because they not only taste fruity-sunsweet, but also contain many valuable vitamins and minerals that our body urgently needs. Our natural pineapple pieces come from small-scale organic cultivation in Tanzania. There, the fruits are harvested fully ripe by hand and then processed immediately. Our First Class pineapple pieces come from East African Tanzania. The perennials with the fruits weighing up to 4 kg grow there in small-scale mixed crops together with coffee bushes and plantains. The use of artificial fertilizers is of course taboo. The fruits are not harvested until they are fully mature. As a result, they contain a lot of aroma and valuable nutrients. Because they are harvested ripe, they must be peeled, cut and dried immediately afterwards on site. The gentle drying according to raw food standards takes place in drying systems that are operated with locally generated solar power.
