The green vital substance source: raw food pistachios
The green kernels are a highly valued source of vitamin E, vitamin B1 and folic acid and provide potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. About half of pistachios consist of mostly unsaturated oils.
It is the unique taste that makes pistachio kernels so special. The cultivated plant, known for thousands of years, used to be reserved only for royal houses. Meanwhile, pistachios enjoy great popularity thanks to their exquisite aroma - sweet, aromatic and a little reminiscent of almonds.

But why should you reduce this wonderfully unique taste by roasting or salting? My pistachio kernels are unroasted and I don't let salt get to them either. They have raw food quality - from the tree to the bag. In this way, I get the valuable ingredients and the aroma in the best possible way. Raw, the nuts are a real treat.
The pistachios come from a small cooperative in Spain that pays particular attention to the processing temperature. The La Mancha growing area is known for its optimal climatic conditions. It produces exceptionally high qualities.
The pistachio is also called "green almond"
Thanks to their spicy and sweet aroma at the same time, pistachio kernels enrich both savoury and sweet dishes. The taste of the pistachios reminiscent of almonds gave them the "green almond" additions.
Pistachios refine a wide variety of raw dishesThe pistachios are already freed from their shell and can thus be processed without much effort. As an ingredient of many raw food recipes, they enrich pestos, cake cake, raw food bars or smoothies. During a cozy evening with friends or on the go, the seeds are a delicious snack. Strictly speaking, the pistachio is not a nut, but a stone fruit. Pistachios are surrounded by a beige, hard shell. The harvest time is September and October. When ripe, it divides into two halves and reveals the view of the green core. In this state, the pistachios are harvested and often roasted and salted afterwards. Pistachios are very sensitive. It is best to store the cores refrigerated after opening in order to maintain the quality for as long as possible.
